Job Role: Account Manager
London Sales Executive – On & Off Trade

Then this could be for you as we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
The role involves representing Brick Brewery and the Breal Brewing Group in a defined London territory. A large focus will be placed on the On & Off Trade. Your key responsibility is to focus on managing our existing account base whilst securing new business growth. This is a really exciting time to be joining the team as we go through significant and exciting change under new ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maximise existing On & Off Trade accounts.
- Managing your time effectively and prioritizing visits/calls to ensure you can hit all of your KPI’s whilst managing all of your accounts.
- Prospecting and securing new accounts by identifying growth opportunities and leads.
- Strategically working towards various business sales goals.
- Managing pouring agreements and draught beer installations.
- Supporting our accounts through the organisation and participation of events, sales promotions, beer launches.
- Conduct training sessions with customers to ensure the quality of the brands/products are maintained at all times
- At all times be an ambassador for the brewery.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- At least 3 years proven sales & account management experience with strong results driven success. Preferably in London and/or with a brewery
- Proven new business success, account growth & lead generation/out of the box thinking.
- Ability to plan for and achieve growth sales targets.
- Highly organised & self-motivated, with excellent negotiation & communication skills.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office and CRM or Brewery Software
- Be persistent & enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude & personality.
- Passion for the brands and the industry
- Legal right to work in the UK

Salary will be dependent on experience. In addition to your monthly salary, you will be eligible for a performance/sales related bonus. 40 hour working week, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings, weekend and event work.
