Sour Series
Our industry leading kettle sours have taken on a world of their own and are now a huge part of our output at Brick Brewery. We release a new one every 3-5 weeks, mixing up the flavours regularly. Current sours include Tamarind & Lime Leaf and Raspberry & Thyme, but the combinations truly are endless!
Collabs & Specials
We also release numerous limited edition beers throughout the year covering all manner of styles. Recent beers have included a Dunkel, an E.S.B, a New England IPA, a Milk Stout, a Sour IPA, a Baltic Porter and many more.
We also love to collaborate with our friends across the industry on brews as often as we can.
